On the heels of the Jan. 27 publication of his new novel Vigil, Booker Prize-winning author of Lincoln in the Bardo, George Saunders, will be in town for an event hosted by the Vancouver Writers Fest on Feb. 6.
Saunders will be speaking with acclaimed Vancouver author and UBC writing professor Alix Ohlin , whose work has been shortlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize and the Rogers Writers’ Trust Fiction Prize. Their conversation and an audience Q-and-A will be held at 7:30 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Wesley United Church.
