The next iteration of Loveland City Council begins Tuesday night, but before new members take their seats, the city will bid farewell to the outgoing council.
The meeting will open with a 5 p.m. reception, followed by a formal swearing-in ceremony at 6 p.m., where Judge Jennifer Edgley will administer the oath of office to five newly elected officials: Geoff Frahm (Ward 1), Sarah Rothberg (Ward 2), Caitlin Wyrick and Kalina Middleton (Ward 3) and Zeke Cortez (Ward 4), along with returning member Pat McFall, who will move to the mayor’s chair.
A presentation honoring former council members will precede a short recess to allow the new officials to take their places on the dais.
