Shoppers hunting for bargains on one of the busiest retail days of the year have been hit by a major outage to a large e-commerce platform.

Business owners around the world have reacted with outrage after Shopify experienced widespread outages on Cyber Monday . Thousands of stores started reporting problems with logging into their accounts. Social media users have called the incident as “embarrassing.”
