It’s lights, camera, action for the next generation of Indigenous filmmakers, as the Pathfinders Film Institute hosts students from Tsuut’ina First Nation for their two-week “in-community” film technician training program.
From Nov. 24 until Thursday, candidates will learn the technical foundations and certified skills for Alberta’s growing film industry.

Pathfinders founder and CEO Julian Black Antelope said the program provides in-community film tech training for Indigenous people who want their break into the industry.
