EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. (Valley News Live) - A 34-year-old Duluth man is facing felony charges after allegedly damaging property at an East Grand Forks business and threatening a police officer during his arrest.
Jacob William O’Neil Reynolds was charged on December 1 with first-degree criminal damage to property and threats of violence in Polk County Disctrict Court. Both charges carry maximum penalties of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Incident at Douglas Place
The East Grand Forks police department responded to Douglas Place at 111 Gateway Dr. NE at approximately 12:15 a.m. November 27 for a reported property damage incident.
