SALT LAKE CITY — Siblings of one of two victims of a deadly wrong-way crash on I-15 spoke for the first time Sunday as they said that they were choosing to forgive the driver accused of killing the couple.
Leo Shepherd, 18, and Anneka Wilson, 17, died early Saturday when their car was struck on northbound I-15.

Family members said the young couple was on the way to Idaho for a gathering of Wilson’s relatives.
According to Utah Highway Patrol, the driver had entered the off-ramp from I-15 at 600 South and proceeded southbound in the northbound lanes until he impacted the couple’s car head-on near 1900 South.
