COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Authorities are investigating after a deadly shooting in Richland County over the weekend.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said it responded to the 300 block of Percival Road at around 10 p.m. on Nov. 29 after reports of a shooting. Deputies who got to the scene reportedly found a man who was unresponsive and had a gunshot wound to his upper body.

The man died at the scene, according to the sheriff’s department.

RCSD also said the suspect, or suspects, involved left the scene before deputies arrived.
