NEAR HARRISON, IDAHO -- More than 1,000 people are waking up without power near Harrison, Idaho, on Tuesday morning.
According to Avista Utilities, the outage was first reported around 6:30 a.m. No word on what caused it.
Right now, crews are assessing the situation and working to restore power—no word on what caused it.
The outage covers a large area on the east side of Coeur d'Alene Lake from Harrison up near the Mineral Ridge Scenic Area.
Avista estimates the restoration time at 10:45 a.m.
