MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 31-year-old was shot and seriously injured Tuesday, Dec. 2 in Milwaukee, according to police.

MPD responded to a shooting at approximately 9:45 a.m. near 32nd and Auer. A suspect shot into the victim's vehicle, which struck the victim. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
