Charles Edward Glisson, affectionately known as Charlie to his friends and loved ones, passed away on December 1, 2025, after a life well lived for 74 years. Born on March 8, 1951, Charlie grew into a man admired for his indomitable spirit, resilient character, and his endless capacity to assist and protect those around him.

Charlie proudly served his country in the United States Army, a chapter in his life that deeply informed his values and work ethic. After his military tenure, he brought these traits to his career as an administrator at the TVA fossil plant, where he dedicated many years before taking a well-earned retirement.
