GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) — Three men from Gainesville are included in the latest wave of federal indictments, including a bank robbery case.
Prosecutors announced on Tuesday that Patrick Johnson was indicted for bank burglary and bank larceny. In August, Gainesville Police say he threatened a Wells Fargo employee into giving him $1,500.
Johnson was arrested about seven minutes later and taken to the hospital for a medical issue that police say was unrelated to the arrest.
