GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A Grand Island man accused of trying to entice a 13-year-old girl on Snapchat is headed to trial court.
Joseph Boucher, 36, is charged with child enticement by electronic device, a Class 1D felony, and enticement by electronic device, a Class 4 felony.
Grand Island police received a report in mid-August from a 13-year-old who said she had received a sexually explicit image from the man on Snapchat.
According to the affidavit, the victim told police that Boucher sent her sexually explicit photos and inappropriate messages while saying he was naked in his backyard.
Court records show a judge Monday transferred the case to trial court after a probable cause hearing.
Boucher’s arraignment hearing is set for Dec. 23. At an arraignment, a suspect typically pleads
