OOLTEWAH, TN (WDEF) – Eric Barth has a gift for inspiring students both in the classroom and on the football field. The Ohio native has spent the last decade at Hunter Middle School. He’s the kind of person you hope your child grows up to be.

“So, Coach Bar um has been at Hunter um I think over 10 years and he is an integral part of our everyday life here. He coaches football. Um, he used to coach baseball. He teaches our PE classes,” Heidi Moses, Hunter Middle School Principal said.

“He gets to see almost all of our students every single day, which also includes our exceptional education students. Um, and so I think that is one of the the things that makes him great here is he is inclusive of everyone and makes sure that everybody has a a part in his class and can participate,” Moses sa
