Seattle police are reporting a shooting that involved a police officer in Rainier Valley on Tuesday afternoon.
No officers were injured and one person was arrested, police said. It is not yet known if anyone was shot or what their condition is.
The shooting occurred at 42nd Avenue South and South Othello Street, police said around 1:40 p.m. in a social media post.
Service on Sound Transit’s 1 Line has been suspended at the Othello station due to police activity, the transit agency said.
The circumstances of the shooting are unknown. It is unknown if the suspect fired any shots or if they were injured.
