Wyoming Highway Patrol tracks down missing Wisconsin teen, alleged kidnappers en route to Utah

Wyoming Highway Patrol has recovered a missing teenaged girl from Wisconsin from two alleged kidnappers, who claimed they were hired to take her to Utah.
