Slow traffic along I-380 southbound due to stalled semi

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - The right shoulder on southbound I-380 is blocked due to a stalled semi in Cedar Rapids.

The DOT says this is between Exit 16: US 151 and US 218 and Exit 13: County Road E70 (Cedar Rapids), impacting traffic in that area.

At 5:06 p.m., Google reported a 2-minute delay in traffic.
