Podner said he believed the image was one many in the area would appreciate.The snowfall and preliminary ice event made travel hazardous throughout the region on Monday, prompting Marquette Catholic to cancel classes on Tuesday due to the accumulation of snow.Temperatures dropped to 26 degrees on Tuesday, with a low of 19 degrees expected that night, according to the National Weather Service in St. Louis.Temperatures are forecast to rise to 36 degrees on Wednesday before dropping again to a low of 18 degrees.Thursday is expected to be the coldest day of the week, with a low of 14 degrees and a high of 24 degrees.
