HARRINGTON, DE — A 43-year-old man was arrested following a series of shots-fired incidents in a Harrington neighborhood over the weekend, where police say he returned to the same location multiple times and fired toward a residence while searching for a family member who was not connected to the home.
Dionne Warner, of Harrington, was taken into custody without incident on Sunday morning at his residence, according to Delaware State Police. Investigators say Warner, a convicted felon prohibited from possessing firearms, is facing multiple felony charges including aggravated menacing, weapons offenses, and harassment.
