Bosses at the Trafford Centre have issued a reminder to Christmas shoppers about the new rules on parking on its estate as we head into the busiest retail period of the year. Big queues have been seen at shopping centre car parks across the region on weekends throughout November, which are set to continue now the countdown to Christmas is on.
Trafford Centre bosses say they have put in place a number of measures to assist with traffic flow at peak times during December. That has included the introduction of parking time limits for the first time across its car parks, which were initally introduced in September.
Anyone staying over the new time limits at the Trafford Centre car parks will risk a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) which entails a £50 fine.
