For the past 10 years, Abi Lynn’s been a welcoming presence at 250 E. Pearson St., known affectionately to residents as “The P.” The P is a condominium building located just a block from Lake Michigan and across from Lake Shore Park. But residents think one of its greatest assets is the warmth behind the front desk.

Lynn says that feeling is mutual. “The residents absolutely make my day,” she said. “They’re a lovely mix of folks, from college students to retirees.” She credits their positive energy as one of the reasons she thrives in her role. The Pearson has 180 units and boasts amenities including a fitness center, party room, and a sun terrace.
