All in all, Baylor is feeling good about its recent trip to Las Vegas. The Bears will look to keep those vibes going when they host Sacramento State on Tuesday night in Waco, Texas.

Tounde Yessoufou scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds as Baylor topped San Diego State 91-81 on Thanksgiving Eve to cap off a 2-1 appearance at the Players Era men's tournament. Obi Agbim added 18 points with four 3-pointers and Cameron Carr contributed 17 points and six rebounds in the win.

"I think we grew and learned from the Vegas experience," said Baylor coach Scott Drew. "We really played well against San Diego State ... if you take out the last three minutes ... offensively and defensively, it might have been our best game, year to date, the first 37 minutes of that game."
