Mike Elko and Texas A&M had an extraordinary season, almost storybook-like, especially considering last season the team didn’t win a single game. This year, carrying a one-line motto, they bounced back and won almost every game, even beating the Texas Longhorns.

With the team securing a spot in the College Football Playoffs, both the coach and players became very active on social media. Yet, surprisingly, despite this activity, neither the coach nor the team publicly expressed grief or shared posts regarding the death of their team’s cheerleader, Brianna Aguilera.
