DES MOINES, Iowa (Gray Media Iowa State Capital Bureau) -- Iowa State Treasurer Roby Smith, a Republican from Davenport, announced on Tuesday that he will seek a second term. Smith becomes the seventh and final state officeholder to confirm his plans for the 2026 election.
