President Trump announced plans Tuesday to rebuild Dulles International Airport outside DC as part of an overhaul to get rid of the widely hated "people movers" that transport arriving passengers to the main airport building. "We're also going to going to rebuild Dulles Airport, because it's not a good airport," Trump said at his final Cabinet meeting of the year. Trump promised "we are going to turn that around and we're going to make Dulles airport... into something really spectacular. We have an amazing plan for it."
