An e-bike rider has tragically lost his life and two pedestrians have sustained serious injuries after a collision in North Manchester.
The incident occurred on Rochdale Road in Blackley on Tuesday evening, December 2.
Police have confirmed the rider, a male, was declared dead at the scene. Both pedestrians have been rushed to hospital and the public is being advised to steer clear of the area.
A major cordon has been established on Rochdale Road this evening. Road closures are also in effect on Whitemoss Road and Lionbrow Road, reports the Manchester
