HANOVER PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A west suburban police officer who was arrested by immigration officials earlier this year is back on the job.
Hanover Park Police Officer Radule Bojovic was arrested in October after the Department of Homeland Security claimed he overstayed his visa.

He has since posted bond and was released.
The village of Hanover Park says he passed all background checks and was authorized to work by the federal government.
