Michigan State has a new athletic director, a newer head football coach ― and now, the university has announced a $1 billion fundraising initiative, called “FOR SPARTA,” which plans for significant upgrades and renovations to athletic facilities all across campus, including football’s Spartan Stadium and basketball’s Breslin Center.
