Todd Tucker responded to the divorce filing from his estranged wife, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kandi Burruss, by challenging their prenuptial agreement and requesting primary custody of their two children, Us Weekly reports.

Tucker, 52, filed his response on Nov. 26, five days after Burruss, 49, initiated the divorce petition. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, their two children, son Ace and daughter Blaze, are currently in his care in Georgia because of Burruss’s out-of-state work obligations that will require her to be away for at least the next several months.

Tucker is seeking primary physical custody, joint legal custody and final decision-making authority if the couple cannot reach a custody agreement. He proposed that Burruss have “substantial time
