Moorhead’s Brookdale Shopping Center will undergo a $7 million redevelopment starting early next year.
The two-phase project involves razing all but 12,000 square feet of the existing 88,000-square-foot strip mall, which is mostly vacant and has fallen into disrepair.
The first phase will include 34,500 feet of retail and professional space.
