BRAWLEY — Lifechangers Outreach brought its message of hope to Brawley, offering what representative Brian Cox describes as “an absolutely free program for anybody who needs help.” The organization is a 501(c)(3) faith-based recovery ministry focused on helping men and women struggling with addiction, anger, suicidal ideation, and depression.
Cox said the program's foundation is spiritual surrender and rediscovering faith. “Being obedient to what the Lord has called you to do,” he said, is central to recovery. The ministry does not accept government funding or require insurance, which helps keep its services accessible.
