POCAHONTAS — Deputy Jacob A. Adams, of the Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office; Patrolman Sydney Musticchi, of the Jonesboro Police Department; along with Patrolman Joshua B. Hoyer; Officer Madison S. M. Peden; and Patrolman Robert E. Phillips, all of the Paragould Police Department were of the 42 officers who successfully completed Basic Police Training Course 2025-B at the Black River Technical College Law Enforcement Training Academy in Pocahontas.
Throughout the thirteen-week course, officers completed a total of 604 hours of instruction in standard police tactics, firearms, legal, educational, technical skills, and practical exercises.
