Sky is switching things up in December with a change to its sports channel.

Anyone with Sky TV at home might find that a major channel change is on the way. This weekend, we will finally know if Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri or Max Verstappen will lift the trophy and become the F1 Champion of 2026. Once that final race has taken place in Abu Dhabi on December 7, the Formula One season ends, and that means there will be no more action until the spring next year.

Of course, Sky has a dedicated F1 channel, which will be redundant during that period. To avoid endless repeats, things are being switched over to something new over the festive period and into the new year.
