Is Lake Erie Transit expanding bus routes? What we know

Soon, you may be able to go to more places easier on the Lake Erie Transit public bus system.

LET has proposed expanding its current Monroe County bus routes and adding a new express route through Monroe.

Mariah Wagner, assistant to the general manager, said LET's routes haven't been significantly updated in more than a decade. Currently, LET offers eight fixed routes in Monroe County; Frenchtown and Bedford Dial-A-Ride (DART) services; ADA rides; and Essential Transportation Services (ETS) for seniors and people with disabilities.
