EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police Department officials say they are searching for the suspect involved in a stabbing that took place early Wednesday morning.
According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the corner of Lincoln Avenue and South Governor Street around 12:30 a.m. to a report of a man who had been stabbed several times in his left arm and leg.
Officials say the man was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the male victim told them he had gotten into an argument in the 500 block of South Denby Avenue and was stabbed.
The name of the suspect has not yet been released.
