The company behind viral toy dolls Labubu is set to open a new store in Bristol. Pop Mart has confirmed the new UK opening, which will be its first store in the South West.
Beijing-based retailer Pop Mart owns the Labubu brand, which became an unexpected fashion statement earlier this year as well as a toy craze.
Global fascination with the fluffy dolls has nearly trebled Pop Mart's earnings over the previous year, reports the Express , with celebrity supporters including Rihanna , Dua Lipa, and Kim Kardashian.
Fixed to plush bodies, the plastic faces feature their distinctive appearance - sharp ears, large eyes and a cheeky grin revealing precisely nine teeth.
