INDIANAPOLIS – On November 25, just before midnight, Indiana State Troopers were dispatched to a person reportedly shot on the ramp from I-465 westbound to Mann Road on the south side of Indianapolis. The victim was driven to a local hospital for treatment and is in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation determined the victim was allegedly shot after a road rage confrontation on the ramp. The suspect drove away in a light colored passenger car. The victim was inside a white Chevrolet Equinox that sustained damage on the passenger side from apparent gun shots.
