The 2025 N.J. girls volleyball season is a wrap. Below, have a look at the final Big North Conference roundup and awards as part of the postseason honors package.

Player of the Year : Deana Finkelstein, Demarest, Jr.

Demarest had three players with 140 or more kills this season, but Finkelstein still found a way to generate 12 double-digit kill performances in 2025.

She ended the year with 10-plus kills in her final five matches to help the Norsemen to a Group 2 state title over Pinelands, and a N1G2 section trophy over River Dell. Finkelstein had six double-doubles, including one in the final match despite it going to straight sets.

On the season, Finkelstein totaled 233 kills, 154 digs, 38 assists, 36 blocks, and 24 aces. For her career, she has 416 kills and 312 digs.
