Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday called upon all stakeholders to pledge to protect and promote the rights of persons with disabilities.

Speaking at an International Day of Persons with Disabilities event in Jammu, Sinha said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, special efforts have been made to provide equal opportunities, equal rights, and a quality life to persons with disabilities.

“I salute the resilience, determination and potential of Divyangjans. We are committed to building a system that aligns with their dreams and aspirations, eliminating all challenges and barriers,” he said.
