OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- After being elected last month as an Olmsted Township trustee, Olmsted Falls City Schools Board Member Bob Perez will be resigning his seat.

That means the school district is currently accepting applications for a replacement to serve the remainder of the unexpired board seat through Dec. 31, 2027.

“We want applicants who are already engaged in the community in some way,” said Board of Education President Phil Eckenrode. “The school board is a tall lift at times, work-wise. This is about maintaining the good work that’s been done for decades.
