SALT LAKE CITY — One person is in the hospital after a shooting at Wheeler Historic Farm Tuesday evening.

Kristin Reardon with the Murray City Police Department said a group of people met up near the northeast corner of the park before the shooting happened. At some point, shots were fired, resulting in one person being sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Reardon said a brief shelter-in-place was issued for Wheeler Historic Farm, but it has since been lifted.

At this time, police have made no arrests and are looking for suspects. They say there is no threat to the public.

The investigation is ongoing.
