Tiger Woods is in the midst of recovering from another surgery and the 15-time Major winner insists he has a long road back before he can play in tournaments again
Tiger Woods has conceded that he won't be playing golf for some time after undergoing back surgery in October. The American suffered another injury setback when he was forced to have a disc in his spine replaced.
The surgery was the seventh that Woods has undergone on his back alone. It was also his third major operation over the last two years having had previous surgeries on his Achilles and ankle.
Woods has not been competitive in the sport for some time having first made his name almost three decades ago. He claimed the Masters in 2019 - ending an 11-year wait for a Major - but has been plagued by injuries ever since.
