Ruben Amorim believes Manchester United teenager Shea Lacey is ready to make his senior debut for the club, despite leaving him as an unused substitute against Everton and Crystal Palace. The 18-year-old has had his first taste of being part of a matchday squad in recent weeks and the forward is highly-rated within the United academy.
Although he didn't get on for his senior debut and could find his place in the 20-man squad taken with Matheus Cunha's return to action, Amorim insists Lacey is ready for a chance and will get one soon. United have no European games this season and are already out of the Carabao Cup, reducing the number of opportunities for young players to feature.
