Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne's death certificate described the star, who would have celebrated his 77th birthday today, as a 'rock legend, songwriter and performer' under occupation details.
However, the late musician's son Jack Osbourne has now revealed that he initially wanted to add another famous detail about his dad, who grew up in Birmingham , but was prevented from doing so due to a surprising Royal rule.
Speaking on the latest episode of his Trying Not To Die Podcast, which was recorded before the reality TV personality entered the jungle for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here !, Jack, 40, admitted he "had fun" with his sister Kelly , 41, whilst trying to sum up their dad's job for the paperwork.
