A teenager was left stunned after purchasing a £2.40 bag of granola from Sainsbury's , only to witness movement inside the sealed packet. College student Josie Wright, 16, had just returned from a Sainsbury's Local in Arnos Grove, London on November 31 when she spotted something peculiar about her purchase.
At first, the youngster thought perhaps an insect had made its way into the Raisin, Nut and Honey granola packet, but her alarm grew when she detected chewing noises coming from inside. After alerting her mother Lindsay, 56, Josie captured video footage showing oat clusters shifting around within the 1kg bag, reports the Mirror .
The shocking discovery revealed a tiny mouse had somehow infiltrated the packaging, leaving both Lindsay and Josie worried that other packets on shelves
