EXCLUSIVE : Keshet International has closed a first-look deal with Sony Pictures Television . Under the multi-year pact, Sony Pictures TV will have first-look rights to develop and produce English-language adaptations of titles from Keshet International’s scripted catalog in partnership with Keshet Studios, the Israeli company’s U.S.-based production arm.

The first project under the deal is a U.S. remake of the hit Keshet 12 romantic comedy series Save the Date , with Dana Fox ( Wicked: Part One, Wicked: For Good ) attached as showrunner. She will write and executive produce the adaptation under an overall deal she recently signed with Sony Pictures Television.
