A Sarnia man with a history of violence has been sentenced to more than two years in jail for a series of new offences including assault with a weapon.
Nila Mulpuru, Lambton’s acting Crown attorney, said the gravity of what Brennan Erdodi did was particularly high as it had the potential to cause significant, irreversible harm to the victim.

“It is only by good fortune that, overall, (they) sustained minor injuries,” she said.
“Obviously very concerning conduct on your part, Mr. Erdodi,” Justice Krista Lynn Leszczynski told him.
The court did not hear details about what happened during Erdodi’s recent sentencing hearing. But Mulpuru pointed out he has served several jail sentences in the past, including four months for assault causing bodily harm, and he didn’t lear
