A man was allegedly driving drunk with a suspended license last weekend in Cohasset, Massachusetts, with two children in the car who were not wearing seatbelts.

Cohasset police say Milton Duarte, of Holbrook, was arrested early Sunday following the incident that began on Chief Justice Cushing Highway around 1:18 a.m. and ended in Scituate. The 34-year-old was charged with OUI liquor 3rd offense, OUI while license suspended for OUI, child endangerment while operating under the influence, speeding, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and failure to properly restrain children under 12.
