The video, which was taken by a passerby, shows the store owner, Sherry Dadmand, pouring a bucket of water onto the sidewalk in front of her business which happened to be directly beside a homeless man. The water is then swept towards the road by a woman with a broom. Article content

The person who posted the video to Reddit , Diligent-Listen4570, accused Dadmand of dumping “two buckets of water” directly on the individual calling it “unacceptable and unjustifiable”.
