We stay dry today, but our next weather maker returns as we head into Thursday evening.
Another cold day ahead for the Tennessee Valley, with highs only reaching the upper 40s as we head into the afternoon. Cloud coverage will ease a little around lunch time, and will be left with a mix of sun and clouds for the rest of the afternoon.
We stay dry for most of the day Thursday, but by the evening, our next weather maker arrives. Rain will start in the Shoals around dinnertime Thursday and become more widespread as we move towards midnight. Rain will last with us well into Friday morning.
High temperatures remain in the 40s through Friday before sunshine and the low 50s arrive this weekend.
