There's some scuttlebutt among fans that the Cleveland Browns should consider moving on from general manager Andrew Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski. Their 3-9 record, ailing and aging roster and quarterback controversies are just some of the reasons that have fans wanting something new.

Yet, shaking up the entire organization at this point just doesn't make a lot of sense. It seems like an easy fix to just move on to a new front office and coaching staff, but with that much turnover, almost always, you have guys who want their guys. Their players. Their systems. A one-year turnaround just isn't likely if that happens. It may seem like the move to make but the Browns are not so far away from winning with the crew they have.
